2. 應如何看待專利檢索的結果(1) 1. 任何檢索的準確性都受制於相當多的因子，ex.所搜尋資料庫的完整性、關鍵字(term)的選取與組合、搜尋標的範圍(field：名稱,摘要,全文..) In patent searches such phenomena happen quite often and for various reasons: • A searcher may not have used the winning combination; a common case among novice searchers. • Some fields you are using like the classification are absent from certain patent records. This can be the case in databases covering collections that have not be classified for instance.

11. 專利檢索的基本觀念 A.所輸入的條件越少，所查得的專利量越多，準確率相對比較高，但是非相關專利也會出現較多。 B.通常配合查詢方式可為交集與聯集或是排除等資料庫機能。 C.如果查得資料過多則視狀況增加條件，如果查得資料過少則視狀況減少條件或是放寬條件。 !!!技術關鍵字的選取影響搜尋結果甚鉅 ex.手錶 vs.電子計時器

12. 專利檢索的步驟 • 了解問題並確定主題 • 擬定檢索策略並進行檢索 • 相關度判斷與比對 • 確認檢索結果並決定繼續或停止檢索

13. 專利檢索條件(欄位)簡介 1.關鍵字類別：可搜尋範圍有專利名稱、摘要或部份專利資料庫可查說明書全文。 2.人物及地點：可查詢申請人、發明人、受讓人，及其國別與住址。 3.專利號碼與日期：涵蓋公告號碼、公開號碼、證書號碼，以及公告日或公開日。 4.國際專利分類(IPC)：透過既有技術編類查詢相關專利。(智財局網站可查詢)

14. 常用的專利資訊 因應電子化的進步，目前世界主要國家，都已經將專利說明書公開到網路上，提供給公眾參考，而大概會以二種類型的資料呈現，一種為核准公告，一種為早期公開公報。 1.核准公告：經審查後核准的專利文獻。 2.早期公開公報：專利申請後18月自動公開的文獻。 ** 台灣目前只有發明屬早期公開；新型為形式審查制，約提申後6-8個月會直接核准公告；新式樣無早期公開。

15. 專利相關號碼的辨識 申請號碼：專利局受理申請案提申後給予之號碼。 公開號碼：發明申請案申請後18個月早期公開所編排的號碼。 公告號碼：專利案件核准後，官方給予公開給公眾審查的專利文獻的排序號碼。 證書號碼：核准專利經領取證書後的證書排序號碼。
