  1. Imagine you are Lee What do you need to do? Who do you need to talk to? Where do you need to visit? What's left undone? What do you need to prepare? What activities will you let go of? How will you spend your remaining time?

  2. #1:Maybe there is no bucket list.

  3. “Some cures require a radical intervention of the soul: a change in our mindset and our way of being. These cures require us to stop racing through our busy lives, working, providing, and consuming. Some cures require that we stop and enjoy every sandwich.”

  4. #2:Busyness is not a mark of importance

  5. “Sometimes just going within, getting quiet, and listening is where we learn the most about life, or about death. We don’t need to run out and do the bucket list of seeing and doing new things. We just need to sit, listen, and learn.”

  6. #3:Love well.(In other words, forgive.)

  7. “I no longer have a bucket list. I have love in my life. This is far greater than seeing the Pyramids, climbing mountains, eating Thai food in Thailand, or any other physical activity that might be fun to experience. I am loved and I have loved. My bucket list is complete.”

  8. #4:Foster Gratitude

  9. “The daily practice of gratitude shifts your focus onto the parts of life that you appreciate. You still see and manage the difficult areas of your life, but your emotional focus shifts to gratefulness. When we practice gratitude each day, life becomes sweet regardless of our life circumstances.”

  10. how many passes?

  11. a gratitude project

  12. #5:Embrace change, even when it is painful.

  13. “[D]eath is the destination we all share. No one has ever escaped it. And that is as it should be, because death is very likely the single best invention of life. It is life's change agent. It clears out the old to make way for the new."
-Steve Jobs

  14. “You won’t know where you are going, or how to get there, or what it will look like on the other side. But if there is pain or worry or unhappiness, scratch away at the walls that imprison you—scratch away with prayer, meditation, yoga, exercise, laughter, art , movement, gratitude, acceptance, and love. Scratch away with the knowledge that there is so much more to life than what we imagine it to be. There is so much…more to living an loving and being than can be seen from inside our little walled-in world. If you choose not to, there is no one else to blame.”
