He is strongly determined about helping those struggling with substance abuse. The detox level at Elev8 has been carefully designed for those enduring the tough withdrawal phase of opiate, alcohol, or any other substance addiction and their inpatient rehabilitation services are designed for those who need intense and organized treatment in a controlled setting. Lee Weiss has handpicked his staff at these facilities across New York to make sure they understand that addiction can lead to lack of confidence and shame in some clients, having negative effects on a person. His team of professionals consists of medical doctors, pharmacists, nutritionist, registered nurses, licensed social workers, licensed mental health counselors, certified alcohol and substance abuse counselors, and certified recreational counselors among others. Not just that, the specialists are also trained to accompany and advise the clients and their loved ones during these seemingly hard times, making them feel more confident at every stage. He is a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) who has received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland. In addition to efficiently managing Elev8 Centers, Elev8 Foundation, and Urban Recovery Center simultaneously, Lee Weiss is also finishing his Rabbinical Ordination with Chabad Lubavitch in Brooklyn, New York (2020) and working toward his PHD in Clinical Psychology. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family.
