Go to the MTSD Home Page In the URL add “/admin” http://www.mtsd.k12.wi.us/admin
Shows you are logged in to the system. Choose to check and update your profile information. Navigation to the pages which you provide content. Calendar Input – where you put dates and info in for viewing Announcement Input – where you put announcement and info in for viewing Your business card page (not required for support staff) Help manual and log out.
Navigation Builder-The Outline of your pages Navigation and name of page. Keep Short. Page or link Functional Details and settings. This is where you change your Page name. Sections of Page for content Allows you to create the main content and right side navigations Take a look! Opens in new window for reviewing your work
Update Page Title if link Title of page Click to unpublish or add inside banners. Where will the page be in the site map? Click UPDATE!
Advanced Settings DO NOT USE BG Images. Some Icons available Use options on sub pages only UPDATE!
Next – Main Page Content CLICK
Adding your Content Choose the “tool” you would like to use for this block. 99% of the time it will be the Text Graphic Editor for entering in text. On additional pages or for adding other features, you may choose another tool. Think of building layers to look like one page.
