  1. Data exchange mandate of the LBS : proposal Most of the machine-experiment exchange-signals were discussed in the LEADE WG and partly in the MIB WG. LEADE has been stopped and MIB WG replaced by the LBS. The proposal is based on the assumption that we would like to minimize the number of WG and make the most efficient use of the existing ones. D.
