Emergency Action Plan • Required by 29 CFR 1910.38 • Defines university response procedures dividing them into 3 categories • Outlines Emergency Evacuation Procedures • Provide flowchart to demonstrate notification of proper authorities • Provides instruction on releasing information to the public • Provides information on distribution of the Emergency Action Plan • www.usca.edu/operations/manuals.html

Chemical Hygiene Plan/Hazard Communication Program • Required by 29 CFR 1910.1200 • Employees have the “Right to Know” what hazards are present in their work environment. • Provides information on Chemical Inventory, Labeling, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Standard Operating Procedures, and the location of the plan. • www.usca.edu/operations/manuals.html

Exposure Control Plan • Required by 29 CFR 1910.1030 • Exposure Control Plan should assist in minimizing exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens, identify Engineering and Workplace Controls, and outline Universal Precautions. • Contains information regarding Hep B vaccinations for employees at risk. • www.usca.edu/operations/manuals.html
