  6. Discussion task A What is the DPH role and function? • What are your goals? • What does the DPH do? • What does their team do? • What do their partners do? www.adph.org.uk

  7. Discussion task B PH delivery system – SWOT analysis • Primary Care • Community and acute services • Local Authorities • PH programmes www.adph.org.uk

  8. Discussion task C Capacity and Capability– how do we get the best; keep the best and ensure they do their best? – especially in financially challenging times • What is happening now? • What should happen? www.adph.org.uk

  9. Process – stage 1 • Tasks are fixed at the tables with a facilitator • Discuss and work together to populate the grids around your topic • Add any further comments or ideas that don’t fit the grid on stickies www.adph.org.uk

  10. Process stage 2 • Move to another group, read what they have put and add comments of your own to the grid • Any further comments please put on stickies • Do the same again so that you have added views to all 3 tasks www.adph.org.uk
