Market Requirements • ERCOT worked with SDAWG and gathered the following requirements that will be applied to the Load, Generation and Settlements & Billing Extracts • Post a single file for each approved operating day for data • Order of file postings of operating days is irrelevant • Create a separate extract for base tables (Public Data Extract) that will include an ‘Initial’ to provide the full record set and a ‘Daily’ for the incremental changes • Change file naming convention to include the operating day, settlement run type (Initial, Final, True-Up, Resettlement) and channel • For S&B extracts, include DAM or RTM in the file naming convention • Create a Client Data Report equivalent that can be used to reconcile between S&B data and statements that includes a header row • Provide interval data both vertically and horizontally 06/11/2007

Market Requirements • NPRR or COPMGRR (for Nodal version) needed for ERCOT to continue to provide the Default Profile ESIID, Load Counts and Load Volumes reports with Nodal implementation • Default Profile ESIID Report was created by market request and implemented 12/2003 • Load Counts & Volumes Reports were created from SCR 725 (requested 9/17/2002) with no PRR and implemented in 2004 06/11/2007

Status Update • COMS project extract sub-team is currently • Compiling requirements for all existing COMS extracts and reports that will require change with Nodal implementations • Using current day extracts and reports as a starting point • Define data content; this is being done in conjunction with the Data Aggregation and Settlements & Billing teams to ensure we can keep up with any process changes and bill determinant naming conventions and storage • Working with the appropriate business and development groups on how and where data will be stored within the databases 06/11/2007

Next Steps • Next Steps • July SDAWG meeting • Gather market requirements for Dispute Reports • Review extract and report business requirements • Review example of possible change to current Zonal DDL for Nodal DDL • Review need for market survey regarding DDL changes • ERCOT review current DDLs to determine if data tables need to be added/deleted due to new Nodal database definitions 06/11/2007
