SOME PRELIMINARY RESULTS • ELECTRICAL Solinas Village had a 26% reduction in electric costs for 2011. • WATER In 2011 FIVE complexes showed a reduction in water use that amounted in $12,924 in savings. • SOLAR/Sand Creek & Rancho Lindo Sites with solar have common electrical costs that are half of comparable sites.
