  2. Business Rule Changes Continued CT57: (Error) Invalid 'Teacher Role' combination. Teacher Role was provided as 'ME', Monitoring Educator. A Teacher Role of 'ME' can only be used when 'Dual Enrollment Credit' equals 'Advanced Standing' (AS), 'Course Options' (CO), 'Youth Apprenticeship' (YA), 'Youth Options – Private College' (YOPC), 'Youth Options – Technical College' (YOTC), or 'Youth Options – UW Systems' (YOUW) and 'Distance Education' equals 'Y' or 'N' or Alternative Education program equals 'High School Equivalency Diploma' (HSED), 'Challenge Academy' (CA) or 'High School Credit' (HSC).

  3. Business Rule Changes Continued CT63: (Error) Required field is missing, 'Distance Education' indicator. Distance Education indicator is a Required Field.

  4. Business Rule Changes Continued CT64: (Error) Required field is missing, 'Virtual / On-line' indicator. Virtual / On-line indicator is a Required Field.

  5. Business Rule Changes CT65: (Warning) No dual enrollment credit programs reported for the high school courses.

  6. Business Rule Changes CT66: (Warning) Section-Course records for the collection year, submitting district, school, record type, and term have not been submitted based on the grade level range associated with the school type.

  7. Business Rule Changes SC33: (Error) Required field is missing 'Grade Earned'. Grade Earned is a required field for all student and completion records where student grade Level placement is equal to 'K4', 'KG', '01', '02', '03', '04', '05', '06', '07', '08', '09', '10', '11' or '12'.

  8. Business Rule Changes SC38: (Error) Invalid (Part-time Open Enrollment replaced by)'Course Options' district code.Must be either, 'NA', Not Applicable or a valid district code for a district that was open at some time during the collection year.

  9. Business Rule Changes Continued SC53: (Error) Required field is missing (Part-time Open Enrollment replaced by)'Course Options'district. (Part-time Open Enrollment replaced by) 'Course Options' district is a required field for all grade levels.

  10. Business Rule Changes Continued SC56: (Error) Invalid (Part-time Open Enrollment replaced by)'Course Options' district. The 'Submitting District' code and the (Part-time Open Enrollment replaced by) 'Course Options' district code may not be equal.

  11. Business Rule Changes SC65: (Warning) The student count reported by a 'Term' is less than '85%' of the ISES Third Friday of September student count for the current collection year.

  12. Business Rule Changes SC66: (Warning) Student-Completion records for the collection year, submitting district, school, record type, and term have not been submitted based on the grade level range associated with the school type.
