Cost Saving Measures • Looking for opportunities to save department resources by utilizing relationships and collaborative efforts. • Created a multi-media study space in collaboration with new reporting line/relationship with the Office of Undergraduate Studies. • Office Renovations. • IPADS • Knowing who to ask for help? • Doing your due diligence. • Be open to doing things differently.
