The Origin of the company C-TEC:  Foundation in 1994  Commercial basis: development of „Pipeline Crawlers“  In 1995 the first C-TEC Crawler was sold to SGS (after nearly one year of fulltime development)  Frequent enquiries of customers made C-TEC extend their product range and range of services to react fast on the demands of the international NDT market - now there are:  Pipeline Crawlers, Column Scanners, X-Ray Sets of any kind, Ultrasonic Sets and Equipment, Protective Screen Measures (x- ray protection), Hardness Gauges, Field Gauges, Ultraviolet Equipment, Tank Floor Testers (TFTs) etc.  Repair, Inspection and Calibration are carried out mainly in the own workshop Actually the whole range of NDT products is covered!

Technical Details P i p e l i n e C r a w l e r C 2 0 0  Pipeline diameter from 8 to 24 inches (200 to 600 mm)  Length of pipeline crawler 1700 mm (battery carriage, drive unit and x-ray tube) - Connection: easy removable click-in sockets!  X-Ray tube: ICM SITE-X C1603 (50 - 160 kV, 1 - 3 mA)  Total weight of crawler 44 kg  Maximum gradient angle within pipeline 30°  Battery pack of crawler contains 4 gel batteries (maintenance- free) with an output of together about 48 V/12 Ah  2 Drive batteries in case that battery pack fails to drive crawler out of the pipeline - output 24 V/4 Ah

Technical Details P i p e l i n e C r a w l e r C 4 0 0  Pipeline diameter from 16 to 64 inches (400 to 1600 mm)  Length of pipeline crawler 3000 mm (battery carriage, drive unit and x-ray tube) - Connection: easy removable click-in sockets!  X-Ray tube: ICM SITE-X C3003 (90 - 300 kV, 1 - 5 mA) or ICM SITE-X C2254 (70 - 225 kV, 1 - 4 mA)  Total weight of crawler 178 kg (with C3003) or 175 kg (with C2254)  Maximum gradient angle within pipeline 30°  Battery pack of crawler contains 10 gel batteries (maintenance- free) with an output of together about 120 V/18 Ah  2 Drive batteries in case that battery pack fails to drive crawler out of the pipeline - output 24 V/18 Ah
