  1. Nathan Nordvik- Exploring the 3 Types of Computer Software As per technological advancement, computer software is playing a major role in our lives. It powers the apps on our phones, supports businesses, and makes running complex programs easier. There are three main types of software—system software, application software, and programming software. In this blog post, under the guidance of Nathan Nordvik, we will understand these types and how they are truly a gift to us. What are the three main types of computer software? Here are the three main types of computer systems: 1. System Software It is the main backbone and handles the hardware, communication of the devices, and provides a work-suitable environment for the user. The example of this software is operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS. 2. Application Software Application software is specifically for some tasks or they have some specific tasks to handle. For example processors, browsers, social media or editing apps. They provide the service directly to the next end user to enhance their productivity, entertainment, or education. 3. Programming Software They are mainly for coders and developers as it has a platform and tools that help create new apps and systems. For example compilers, text editors, and integrated development
