  2. 진료기록부의 기록 • 의무기록 ( medical records ) • 환자에 대한 기본자료 • 주소 (C/C ; chief complain) 및 기왕력 • 과거의 의과적 병력 • 사회적 및 가계적 병력 • 기관별 검사 • 신체검사 • 검사실 및 방사선적 검사 • EMR ( electronic medical records) • PACS ( Picture archiving and communication system) • DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine )

  3. 구강악안면외과 환자의 검사 • 진단 • 주소(C/C), 현증(P.I), 진찰, 증상(symptom), 징후(sign) • 이화학적 검사 • 치과위생사는 진단 과정에서 발생하는 데이터를 수집 • 치료 전-중- 후 환자 상태를 관찰

  4. 병력검사 • 과거 입원 및 수술 경력 • 내과적 치료 경력 • 최근 약물 복용 및 알러지 여부 • 음주, 흡연 여부, 개인적 습관 조사 • 치근 치료 내역

  5. 신체검사 • 생징후 검사 ; Vital sign • 혈압 ( BP ; blood pressure)- 120/80, 맥압40~50mmHg • 맥박 ( PR ; pulse rate)- 60~100 회/분 • 호흡 (RR ; respiration)- 15~20 회/분 • 체온 (BT ; body temperature)- 36.5 ˚c • 발열 ( fever) • 물리적 자극, 세균의 독소, 대사산물, 교원병 및 약물 알러지-> 체온조절증추 자극 • 대부분 감염으로 인하여 나타남

  7. 환자의 전신검사 • 전반적 외모의 평가, 인지능력검사 • 두경부 및 안면부 검사 • 흉부검사 • 복부검사 • 등 및 비뇨기계 검사 • 사지

  8. 이화학적 검사 • 일반혈액검사 ( CBC; complete blood count) • 백혈구(WBC), 적혈구(RBC), 혈색소(Hb), 적혈구 용적 • 적혈구 침강속도, 적혈구 항수 • 출혈 및 응고검사 • 혈액화학검사 • 혈액전해질검사 • 혈청검사 • 면역학적 검사 • 요검사

  9. 방사선 검사 • 구내표준 촬영 • 파노라마, 교합촬영 • 두부규격방사선사진 • waters’ view, zygomatic arch(이하두정), CT, 3D CT • 세균학적 검사 • 병리조직학적 검사 • 생검 • 완전절제, 절개, 흡인및천자, 착공(punch), 소파술(curettage), 조직 도말법
