BUSINESS CLIMATE AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT • Reduction of more than 60 local taxes and tarrifs; • Fiscal incentives for all enterprises that employs more than 50 persons; • Installation of “One Stop Shop” in local level; • Reduction of number of documents required for different permits, licenses and authoratisations; • Counceling, B2B and start-up support;

  7. Strategic Project TPTT . • PPP scheme with an investment of 40 mln Euro; • Feasibility study done by “ITALFERR” with EBRD financial support; • IRR=16%, NPV= 76,13; • 11,3 mln passanger/yeartransiting terminal; • Concession tender will be launched on June, 2014.

  8. Strategic Project Tirana LRT Line “East-West (Kinostudio-Kombinat), -length of8,4 km -approx. 90.000 pass/day.

  9. Strategic Project Tirana LRT • PPP scheme; • Feasibility study done by “EGIS International” with FASEP (French Government) financial support; • IRR=12,6%, NPV=37,5; • 11,3 mln passanger/year transiting terminal; • Concession tender will be launched on June, 2014.

  11. Strategic Project IMUW • Concession scheme with an investment of 25 mln Euro; • Feasibility study done by IFC; • IFC financialsupport and process consultation; • IRR=17%; • Concession tender will be launched on June, 2014.

  13. Other Project Industrial-PARK • PPP scheme; • Location identified in General Urban Plan; • The feasibility Study and Business Plan” is prepared by “Environment Park” with “CapitalBalk” financial support; • IRR=15% at least.

Other Project Tirana Lighting Project • The Tirana Lighting Project aims to: • Reduce Energy Consumption about 45%; • Improve Light Quality; • Improve Energy Efficiency (Reducing Energy Costs); • Improve Operation Efficiency (Reducing Maintenance Costs); • Reducing Carbon Footprint; • Infrastructure for the Future Digital City Management.

Other Project Tirana Parking Strategy Project • The Parking Strategy Project aims to: • Benefits as regards land use and location problems; • In many cases, underground space use results from a lack of surface space or location problems; • The construction costs of underground structures are generally higher than those of building in the open air but in dense area are necessary; • Improved traffic flow; • Improved road safety; • Reduced parking time; • Reduced atmospheric and noise pollution.
