Preparing for Accreditation Canada Visit October 1-4, 2012

DESCRIPTION

The accreditation visit from October 1-4, 2012, has prompted valuable self-assessment insights. We received 856 responses to the Qmentum questionnaires with commendable results: 258 Green Flags, 122 Yellow Flags, and 22 Red Flags. Focus is on 1 urgent red flag and 12 yellow flags related to Required Organizational Practices (ROPs). QI teams are actively addressing these flagged results across various departments, and staff education will cover understanding ROPs, FAQs, and contests. The accreditation survey is approaching, with more information to follow.
