  5. New Suggestions • Monika Henzinger, EPFLhas been in charge of research at Google since 1999 and recently accepted a position as professor in web algorithms at EPFL. • David Anderson, U.C. Berkeley, has been Director of the SETI@home project since 1997, and also runs the BOINC project, which develops software for public distributed computing. • Timo Jokiaho, Director of Technology, Nokia Networks, was until recently the president of the Service Availability forum (http://www.saforum.org/), which has a similar vision to the Grid, but in an industrial context. • Heinrich Rohrer (IBM Zurich Labs, Nobel prize for STM)- could approach him about an after-dinner speech about the future of computing, something he does with humour and humble wisdom, and from a physicist's point of view.
