Call-In Program Review • General feel is that the call-in program worked well, via hunter feed back • One of the reasons for the Call-in program was to alleviate congestion at the Main Gates – the system worked well in this capacity • For a first time program, there were relatively few problems and the system will be looked at to improve its efficiency and user friendliness

Call-In Program Figures (up to 20 Dec 03) • Call-In Telephone Bill- $ 2532.78 (from 20 Oct to 20 Dec 03) • Average number calls per day – 60.7 • Average number calls per weekday – 75.4 • Busiest day – 31 Oct 03 / 954 calls • Busiest area code – 540 / 13,599 calls • Number of completed calls – 5,574 calls (calls resulting in a reservation) • Busiest day by number of calls that were incomplete – 21 Nov 03 / 7,087 calls • Number of incomplete calls – 29,199 calls (calls for information other than reservations)

  5. Hunter Advisory Board Charter • The Charter is currently in draft form. The Charter will be finalized in 2004.

  6. 2004-2005 HAB Representative Selections • The HAB is made up of 14 hunters, 7 hunters representing the Controlled Access side of post and 7 hunters representing the general hunter side of post. • A box was made available to place nominations in during the course of the hunting season • The nominations were separated out in two categories, CA and TA hunter • Each nomination card was given a number that corresponds to a smaller card with a number on it that will consequently be thrown into a hat and then randomly picked to determine the new HAB representatives
