2. About us • Narendra Sheth who has a wide experience of more than 35 years and was an ex-partner of Ajit Auto Enterprise have formed a new company JPR Impex Pvt. Ltd. and Naren Auto Enterprise. The promoter Mr. Narendra Sheth has been dealing with major brands such as Bosch, ZF, Sachs since last 30 years and Mahle since last 15 years. • The company has now new associates viz:- Textar, Hella, Behr, Ruville a Schaeffler Group, Valeo from France and CTR Korea. We also have wide experience in Mercedez and European vehicle spares. • We are mainly wholesale dealers of imported car spares and supply parts to both the OE dealers and replacement markets all over India. • We represent some of the largest German automotive component manufacturers like Robert BOSCH, Lemforder & ZF Trading along with all its various subsidies.

We represent many German, Swiss and Italian companies in India. • Gebr Klocker Gmbh of Germany - the pioneers in Lenos, Haag of Switzerland manufacturing Pickers, Buffers, AGM Jactex of Switzerland manufacturing mainly Jacquard papers, Dobby Mylar Films, Harness Cords, Rapier tapes & Grippers and Cincla of Italy producing Picking sticks, Rapier Tapes, Grippers, are a few of the companies represented by us.
