  3. Problem Statement Poverty, rain-fed subsistence farming Droughts, floods resulting in yields decline, severe poverty yet demand is ever increasing. need to adapt & assessment of cost and benefits.

  4. Specific Objectives Identify negative impacts of CC on crop production. Identify current adaptation strategies, recommend appropriate strategies, Cost-benefit analysis recommend policy options needed
