  2. CAS LÂM SÀNG (1) • Cháu bé 4 tháng, tiêm Pentacel, lần 2. sau 25 phút, nổi mày đay. Giải thích bố mẹ cháu ? Làm gì ? • Cháu bé dị ứng sữa bò. Cháu có thể tiêm liều đầu Pentacel khi 2 tháng tuổi ? PENTACEL : 5 loại (D15-CaT5-Polio- Hib)

  3. CAS LÂM SÀNG (2) • Cháutrai 11 thángphảitiêmliều 1 Vaxigrip. Cháudịứngtrứng, biểuhiện SPV. Cầnlàmgì? • Cháugái 10 tuổi, tiêmliều 1 vaccin Recombivax HB, tạitrườnghọc. Gần 48 h sautiêm, ban đỏ. Cầnlàmgì, cóthểtiêmlần 2 ?

  4. CAS LÂM SÀNG (3) • Cháu trai 4 tháng tuổi, tiêm mũi 2 Pentacel. Sau 2 h, bố mẹ • cháu phát hiện cháu mệt nhợt nhạt. Sau kích thích cháu về nhà • Có phải phản ứng giảm trương lực/hoặc phản vệ? • Trả lời: ?????
