  3. Objectives: • Validate and establish value of the TCP project • Highlight changes for 2011-2012 • Identify barriers to effective implementation • Brainstorm action steps to address barriers and • strengthen the project • Enhance networking of TCP facilitators

  4. Successes and Benefits: Select a recorder for the group Describe successes and benefits of the project 3. Record your brainstorming on the color-coded paper 4. Pass the paper to the next table 5. Compare to your original thoughts and add any missing ideas 6. Continue passing until your original list is passed back to your group

  5. Changes for 2011-2012: Overall Project Flow Chart Sessions

  6. Barriers and Action Steps: Read the barrier printed at the top of your chart paper Brainstorm and record action steps to address the barrier 3. Rotate clockwise to the next chart paper when you hear the music playing 4. Read the barrier and action steps 5. Brainstorm additional action steps to add to the list 6. Repeat the process until you return to your original piece of chart paper
