  26. The Players Have Spoken: • We like the NHC and the NHC Tour but: • We want more chances to qualify online and at host sites • We want more chances to qualify with tour points • Most of us willing to pay a bit more for > NHC prizes • Most of us are not willing to pay a higher NHC Tour fee and we want more chances to qualify for NHC • Tour Prize money and bonus money is not that important to us • Very few of us are under 40 or female 2009 NHC Player Survey Summary Page 26

  27. Some Representative Comments: • “The number of online tournaments is by FAR the most important” • “Increase No entry fee tournaments” • “Structure to reduce advantage to those with $ and time” • “Open up on-line wagering in my state…also have qualifying events at my local track” • “Attract sponsors of the event such as other providers of horse racing information content” • I don't think its necessary to increase the prize $ for the championship” • “Get a billion dollars in Obama stimulus funds.” 2009 NHC Player Survey Summary Page 27

  28. More Representative Comments: • “Offer free online PP's for each tournament (various formats)” • “Provide easier access to Tour rankings, and more frequently-updated Tour rankings” • “You're on the right track and I appreciate your efforts to improve” • “Open up the game to new players. Provide a way for them to play and learn without having to pay for it. The game will grow and more people will learn to love it as we do!” • “The tournament and its qualifiers are enjoyable. Just make it accessible to the average player !” • “I am very proud to be an active tour member. The competition and camaraderie have markedly improved my experience in the horse racing industry.” 2009 NHC Player Survey Summary Page 28

  29. More Representative Comments: • “The $125 membership is a little stiff but I would pay it, if I could play in enough contests. I would rather go to a contest site but can't due to my job, so would prefer more online contests” • “Hold on-line contest for non-qualifiers during the NHC following same rules as NHC with top finishers awarded qualifying spots for following year” 2009 NHC Player Survey Summary Page 29
