  3. 交流的目的 • 通过交流合作，使得爱尔兰实习生实地、亲身了解中国饭店业快速发展的趋势和富有中国特色的管理模式 • 中方酒店员工可以与爱尔兰实习生相互交流，了解爱尔兰酒店行业和餐旅专业的发展现状和先进的酒店管理知识

  4. 爱尔兰学生来京实习内容 • 爱尔兰学生来京，在北京地区的饭店进行酒店管理、餐饮服务、前台接待、客房服务等项目的实习 • 接待酒店包括：北京饭店、北京贵宾楼饭店、国贸饭店、西苑饭店、新世纪日航酒店、燕翔饭店、崇文门饭店等北京多家星级饭店

  9. 学生们的感受 WHAT THEY SAY Q:Why did you choose to come to china as your internship place, but not other country? A:China is a beautiful and magnificent country and before the four weeks of internship we had a 12days trip in all China. I think it's the best tour I could ever get!!!That internship give me skills for my professional life and give me also an unforgettable life-experience. Roxanne Larouche

  10. 学生们的感受 WHAT THEY SAY A:Our impression about Beijing has been positive. We still do not realize which point. The superficies of this city is large. The town of Beijing is very lucky to receive the Olympic Games next year. Although all constructions, I believe that the city will be ready to welcome these games. Beijing is a beautiful city which offers many activities and  lives with very nice a population. . Sarah Bernard & Josiane Laplante Q:What 's your first impression about Beijing?

  11. 学生们的感受 WHAT THEY SAY A:The Hotel which I work is a 5-star hotel and they give a really nice service to all the guests. All the staff is nice and polite. Maybe the English skills can be improve especially before the 2008 Olympic. Marie-Michele Harton Q:Could you give some advice to the hotel where you work?

  13. 项目展望 • 通过与爱尔兰地区酒店管理学院的合作，加深了中爱两国旅游酒店业的相互了解。这样的合作不仅是校际间的交流，更为中方企业和爱尔兰企业的更深层次的合作打下了坚实的基础。
