Political Implications • No – Federal or Ohio private employment protection based on sexual orientation & gender identity • Yes – Federal public employment protection based on sexual orientation & gender identity • Yes - Ohio public employment protection based on sexual orientation & gender identity • Ohio House Bill 176 – if passed, will provide Ohio private employment protection
