    2. 2 What Is the Maintenance Superintendent’s Association? The Maintenance Superintendent’s Association is a Professional Association comprised of membership of public agency employees, and private vendor representatives that strive to meet the following objectives:

    3. 3 Objectives To provide a network for the exchange of information and technology among public agency members and vendor members serving those public agencies.

    4. 4 History of MSA The Maintenance Superintendent’s Association was formed in 1962 and was Incorporated in 1966. It has grown from 2 Chapters comprised of about 100 members since inception to 12 Chapters and about 2100 members in the year 2004.

    5. 5 Regular and Vendor Member Partnerships Regular Members of MSA are committed to obtaining the most cost effective products, services and supplies for the agencies they represent

    6. 6 MSA Memberships Regular: Supervisor or Superintendent from a Public Agency

    7. 7 MSA Structure MSA Executive Board Meets 3 Times Annually Local Chapters Meet Monthly, or Bi-Monthly Annual Conference and Equipment Show Quarterly Magazine to all Members

    8. 8 Member Benefits Networking with peers from other agencies on a regular basis. Telephone and internet accessibility to other members Annual mini-equipment display at the regional level Local and regional training opportunities Annual Scholarships provided for continuing education Annual recognition of outstanding member (Peter Walsh Award)
