  2. Be accountable… • Remember there is always a caloric cost. You do not always have to eat healthy, but you do have to stay under your caloric limit. Although if you do go over…counteract it with extra activity. • Track you expenditure and intake for three days. • To track intake keep a log of what you eat and total the calories using a “free online calorie calculator” http://www.caloriesperhour.com/index_food.php • To track your expenditure record you calories used from your actigraph.

  3. Lesson 3 • What is your caloric balance? • Are you meeting your daily goal? If no, how off are you? How many pounds of weight gain will that result in over a year (365 days)? • If no, what changes can you make to meet your daily caloric deficit? • Send these answer to me via e-mail. • Remember to submit your excel reports.
