  6. Sample menu - Breakfast • Cereal • Toast • Bacon / Sausage • Spaghetti / Baked beans • Tomatoes • Vegetarian sausage / Bacon • Croissants / Potato waffles / Bagels / Potato cake

Sample menu - Dinner • Soup • Filled tortilla wraps – chicken, cajun chicken, oriental vegetables, quorn pieces, cheese • Spiral fries • Sub deli rolls – ham, cheese, tuna mayonnaise, chicken • Crisps • Filled jacket potatoes – baked beans, cottage cheese, cheese • Sausage rolls • Salad • Fruit

  8. Checklist • Old clothing!! On previous visits the site was very muddy!!!! • Nightwear • Sleeping bag and pillow • Underwear / socks • Lots of layers – T shirts / Sweatshirts / Fleeces • Old trousers, preferably not jeans, or leggings • 2 pairs of trainers or 1 pair and a pair of indoor shoes • Waterproof coat and trousers if you have them • Disco clothes / evening clothes • Wellington boots • Wash bag – soap / toothbrush etc – roll on deodorant, no aerosols • Towels • Plastic bottle for drinks • Torch • Small bag or rucksack • Labelled plastic bag / bin liner for wet / dirty clothes • £10 spending money

  9. What not to bring • New or expensive items of clothing • Mobile phones / Hand held games • Large amounts of cash • Jewellery / valuables • Sweets
