  1. Netgear WN1000RP setup Your current WiFi network's range will be extended with the Netgear WN1000RP wireless extender. Netgear WN1000RP setup should take place in the same room as your current wifi router. Thereafter, you can position the extender wherever you'd like as long as it's within range of your network.
