  2. The Benefits That Udyam Registration Certificate Makes It Possible To Have MSME registration, UdyogAadhaar registration and Udyam registration are synonymous. The process gives MSMEUdyam Registration Certificate and access to various benefits under Government schemes.  What is the meaning of Udyam?  As vide the notification issued by the Government of India on July 01, 2020, UdyogAadhaar has a new name and it is Udyam. It is a 12 digit UID that the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises issues after application made by MSMEs.

The Government also notified that by 31 March 2021 all MSME companies must have Udyam Registration Certificateto avail the above benefits.  The process of online registration The process of online registration is quite simple. After being at the Udyam registration portal, a simple form is required filling and some documents like Aadhaar number, PAN, address proof and some other self-attested documents attached. On submission of the application form, it is reviewed and the certificate comes to the registered email address.
