To make a decision, one has to weigh the pros and cons of terrazzo flooring. We will be focusing on the pros and cons below.Let us start with the pros of terrazzo flooring. The first and foremost pro is the durability of this kind of flooring. If the flooring is done firmly and tightly then it is durable to water and strain damage. It is ensured that it does not chip off like many other materials that make floorings. It is preferred in commercial buildings as there is a lot of traffic and terrazzo is one type of flooring that can deal with the pressures. It is affordable and even if terrazzo wears off, one can get polishing it done to make it look absolutely brand new!  It is not a very high maintenance product either so definitely adding up to be beneficial.

Terrazzo is made by mixing a number of elements that allows you to take up any design.
