This holds more true when the service is SaaS based and is in the AD-tech space. A quite similar problem was faced by vNative when they collaborated with Mystery Monks' team. Though vNative’s offering was quite unique, targeting Digital CMOs, Media Planners and Publishers to help them measure digital media spend, ROI and tracking advertising at a micro level, the larger challenge was around communication. Since the space was already overcrowded by global biggies who used 360 degree communication strategy and had huge media budgets, for vNative to fight this battle was becoming a herculean task. The challenge for Mystery Monks' team was to build the right content which could help communicate vNative’s Product value to the target audience. Another challenge was for the story to be told in such a way that the content would become viral, which in turn would reduce the cost of reach and improve lead numbers. Our three pronged strategy around building the right video content not only helped vNative communicate value proposition well but also helped them optimize their marketing spend. This was also the most apt strategy because the target audience is always looking to measure performance of their digital spending which would empower them to allocate optimum media budgets across all media vehicles.
