  3. Changes / Highlights • INORS Enhanced – a new user interface! • This release will include IREAD-3 Spring 2014 only, but in May ISTEP+ and IMAST Spring 2014 data and reports will be available. In addition, the data and reports from the previous INORS system will be transitioned to the enhanced INORS system. • Administrators access through existing SSO account • Teachers access through a separate url/login page that will be provided with user name and password log-ins. • The previous version of the INORS system will be active for few more months • Other enhancements are a more consolidated data and report download page and the ability to have multiple reports open at the same time. Click the “CTB Online Applications Single Sign-on (SSO) button. 3. Enter your SSO credentials 4. Click Login 5. Click Secure File Sharing 6.   6. Teacher and Parent Sign-on Account Access 1. Enter the url that is provided on the teacher login pdf page. 2. Click the Indiana Online Reporting System (left) button. 3. Please note: The Parent Network on the new platform is not yet available. When it is released the parents will also log in from this page.

  14. CTB IN Web Portal Scrolling Ticker Reports For IREAD-3 and IMAST only the Proficiency Roster is available. The following reports are available for ISTEP+ Grades 3-8: Academic Standards Frequency Distribution – This report provides a distribution of scores by content area. The data are presented for analysis and can be used along with other sources to evaluate and plan educational priorities. Academic Standards Summary – This report provides an analysis of Academic Standards using the average Indiana Performance Index (IPI) by subject for the group. The information maybe used to analyze curriculum strengths and needs. Group Academic Standards Summary – This report provides an analysis of Academic Standards using the average Indiana Performance Index (IPI) by subject for the group. The information maybe used to analyze curriculum strengths and needs. Applied Skills Frequency Distribution – This report provides a frequency of points obtained for Applied Skills item. Slide 14

  15. CTB IN Web Portal Scrolling Ticker Reports Disaggregation Summary – This report describes group achievement for selected reporting populations. Proficiency Performance Summary – This report provides the number and percent of students in each performance category. Proficiency Roster – This report provides a listing of students and their results. This report, minus the summary section, is available for IMAST and IREAD-3. Class Proficiency Grouping – This report groups students alphabetically by proficiency category. Class Academic Standards – This report provides an analysis of Academic Standards performance. Undetermined Status Roster – This report provides a list of students with undetermined status. Slide 15

  17. CTB IN Web Portal Scrolling Ticker Reports Filters at the top of each report control the data presented in the window. After the filters are selected or changed, it is necessary to click the refresh button. Slide 17
