  1. Scénario « Votre laboratoire a identifié des problèmes avec les échantillons envoyés par la clinique au laboratoire. Certains échantillons ont manifestement été retardés dans le transport et d’autres n’ont pas été prélevés dans les récipients appropriés. Ces problèmes ont entraîné des retards d’analyse et le rejet d’échantillons. Un nombre d’améliorations dans l’enregistrement et sur le lieu de prélèvement ont été faites pour essayer de corriger la situation. » Amélioration des processus-Module 15
