  3. 3/10 101年度環安衛報告 • 原訂: ISO14001+OHSAS18001+TOSHMS 三合一驗證 • 時間: 第一階段: 9月7~9日(初評) 第二階段: 10月11~14日(複評) • 認證日期變更為: 3月份及4月份驗證

  4. 4/10 101年度環安衛報告 • 政府單位文件申請及核備 • 系統文件之修正 • 每週2~3次內部環安衛系統校正及 協理共同討論修訂內容 • 預計於12月20日前完成修正及排版 • 發於各部門主管再次審查內容 (於12月31日前完成) • 預計2012年1月10日 教育訓練,文件發行等相關會議及活動 OKˇ OKˇ OKˇ OKˇ OKˇ OKˇ

  8. 8/10 101年度環安衛報告-驗證前需完成 檢視後已完成OKˇ • A廠後外籍員工之伙食(煮)區域需清除 • B廠焚化爐污水排放蓋 • B廠焚化爐旁之圍欄及停放區圍欄加高 • B廠機車停放區外,反光鏡或反射貼紙 • B廠B1F及B2F之消防設備需明顯標示 • 二廠有機溶劑室排列尚未完備及清掃 • 消防磅浦室及二廠後消防設備區雜物
