ATM and TDM Pseudo Wire (PW) over Packet Switched Network (PSN) Using DSL Access The need • Clear dynamic of moving from ATM networks to Packet Switched networks (PSN) • There is a need to take legacy traffic such as TDM and ATM over the PSN network. This is commonly done using PW technology and tunneling the traffic over the PSN.
