2. Revolutionizing pediatric care through In-Home Consultations and Telemedicine. We come directly to you to assess, diagnose, and prescribe in the comfort of your own home. When you call 'My Pediatric NP' you will speak directly to a licensed Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) who can give you advice over the phone and determine if an In-Home Consultation is necessary. If needed, an NP will come to your home to take a history, conduct a physical exam, determine a diagnosis, and prescribe medication (if required). In-Home COVID-19 Testing For Travel -$165 to $195 - We require a COVID Test to Travel Includes In-Home COVID-19 Testing* - $135 - Myself and/or My Child Meet the Criteria for Testing Includes COVID-19 RT-PCR Test in the comfort of your own home or work. Testing Kit Test Administration Sample Transportation Private Lab Analysis Verification QR Code on Report Results available on the Lab's Website and E-mailed First Person $195, and then $165 for each additional person We only book within 3 weeks of your travel date Results usually take 24-48hours to be reported Payment on the Day of the Test (credit card) We do NOT provide testing on weekends Example: COVID-19 Testing in the comfort of your own home.
