Driving License is a very important document as it can be used as Photo ID Proof, Date of Birth Proof and Address Proof as well. It can also be used to make Passport in India. Driving License is issued in 2 stages, first is the “Lerner’s License” and other is the “Permanent Driving License”. Now, if we think of making driving license, first thing that comes to our mind is How to apply for driving license but it is a very easy process if you have attained the stipulated age. Anyone wants to have Permanent Driving License has to first apply for Lerner’s License. Anybody above 16 years of age can apply for learner’s license, although, permanent license can be made for individuals above 18 years of age. After 30 days of issuance of learner’s license, one can apply for permanent license, only if he/she have attained the minimum age of 18 years.
