Urban Farmer, MyCo Planet LLC
Robin Moore is a biologist and the founder of MyCo Planet, a mushroom farm in North Kansas City, Missouri. Moore started the business about three years ago after noticing that local grocery stores didn't have the variety of mushrooms she wanted. She began growing mushrooms at home for her own use, but now MyCo Planet is the largest mushroom farm in the Kansas City area.
