Model Session • Warm up – Groups of 3 (Unrestricted) • Wall pass, overlaps, double pass • 1st Activity – 7-0 Shadow Play • Focus on combinations on flanks (Show different types to team and let them work through these without pressure.) • Build to 7-3 w/keeper and counter goals (or targets) for defense • Strikers working together (playing within 10-15 yards of each other).

  3. Model Session (continued) • 2nd Activity – 7-5 w/Keeper and Counter Goals for Defense • Combinations on the flanks • Checking runs from strikers • Crossing runs in box • 9v9 Game w/Keepers • Emphasis still on attacking from flank
