  3. Must Preach A Need For A Savior • 1 Timothy 4:10,11 “we trust in the living God” • Romans 3:9 “both Jews and Greeks that they are all under sin”

  4. Must Preach God’s Divine Plan For Man’s Salvation • 1 Timothy 4:6 • Galatians 1:8,9 Purity of the Plan • Matthew 28:18-20 • Mark 16:15,16 • Luke 24:46,47 • Must Preach This Gospel In Its Purity And Simplicity

Must Preach God’s Divine Plan For The Salvation of Christians? • 1 Timothy 4:8 “bodily exercise profit a little, but godliness is profitable for all things” • 1 Timothy 4:12 “be an example to the believers..” • 1 Corinthians 10:12 “take heed lest he fall” • 1 John 1:9 “faithful and just to forgive”

Must Preach The Work & Worship In Which God’s People Are To Engage • 2 Timothy 3:16,17 Nothing God requires or expects of us that cannot be directed by the inspired Scriptures • 2 John 8-11 “does not abide in the doctrine of Christ does not have God” “anyone comes to you and does not bring this doctrine, do not receive him into your house nor greet him”

Must Preach The Word, All The Word, And Nothing But The Word • 1 Timothy 4:1-3 “some will depart from the faith” “conscience seared with a hot iron” • 2 Timothy 4:1-4 “Preach the word!” “the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine” “they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables”

Must Be Accepted By The Hearers In Both Faith and Practice • Acts 17:11 • We are Each One responsible for what we Choose to Believe and Practice • It DOES matter what You Believe and Practice as it does what the preacher Believes and Teaches • Let no man deceive you into accepting any god other than that which was given by Christ through the Holy Spirit
