SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP • Ownership: Individual • Liability: Owner personally responsible • Continuity: Death dissolves business • Transferability: Owner has complete control • Capital: Personal funds or loans • Control: Proprietor has complete control • P&L: Proprietor receives all profits • Taxes: P&L treated as personal income BOOTSTRAP
