  5. FY18 Quality policy Based on the 2017 SEWS-ATC Policies, I expect all associates to do the best effort to achieve the following targets with Kaizen Spirits and Vision. Our vision are communication, mental sincerity, quick response and to gain knowledge. Let’s build the excellent SEWS-ATC culture together. 1.Customer Satisfaction ①Zero+αclaim and complain  ②Final Goal; 100% +αsatisfaction for each customer To achieve 100%, we offer more services than the current conditions.  ③Achieve customer target value through QCDD. 2. Work Quality Assurance  ①Zero defect on each output In case occurred, recover promptly and make great efforts to maintain quality evaluation.  ②Make great efforts to improve quality service to the next process by JKKand 5S. (JKK means Jikoutei Kanketsu to build-in quality with ownership)  ③On-time performance 100%+αto the customer due date 3. Cost Reduction  ①10% improvement of the productivity or output  ②Promote achievement of VE/VA target value.  ③100% visualization and countermeasure of cost issue 4. Human Development  ①100% visualization of ability & skill map and developing plan ②Set individual target with vision and make great efforts to achieve the goals.  ③Management and Common department support each associate to achieve the goals.
