  4. 溫世仁遺產稅40億國庫大進帳 英業達前董事長溫世仁的遺產稅逾四十億元，成為全國遺產稅第一大戶，因腦溢血突然去世，家屬申報其海內外遺產，估計遺產稅額逾40億元，占政府每年遺產稅收總額的五分之一，40億裡有39億是用遺產中的廣達股票抵繳，總計抵繳的股票超過四萬張，廣達的抵稅價格是以溫世仁去世當天的收盤價為主，每股83.5元。 而2006年遺孀呂來春女士因為心肌梗塞而死，而呂來春女士名下有60億財產，和溫世仁一樣不做租稅規劃，而被扣了30億元遺產稅。
