  3. SPOKANE COUNTY ESTABLISHES THEIR FIRST SURVEY CREW When Spokane County’s Engineering Dept. established their first Survey Crew, Ross was first in line to sign up.

  4. SPOKANE COUNTY ESTABLISHES THEIR FIRST SURVEY CREW That’s him at the back of the truck. Ross has always been willing to start at the bottom and work his way up.

  5. PHONES ARRIVE IN THE COUNTY Now that the County has phones Ross is able to direct the Road crews from his office.

  6. WHY WAS ROSS ALWAYS SO HAPPY ON THE JOB? The County Commissioners always asked, “Why does Ross enjoy working here so much?” One day they found out. After that day he was never the same.
