  2. Separation Roll • MPI’s Magnetic Head Pulley Separation Roll Magnets are designed to remove both large and small ferrous tramp iron contaminants from product streams in belt conveyor systems. SR-series separators provide a continuous, 24/7 automatic removal of tramp iron from the material’s flow.

  3. Drum Separator • MPI’s Magnetic Drum Separators and Housing are designed to provide trouble-free automatic extraction of tramp iron from heavy flows of large size and abrasive materials such as coal, aggregates, ores, sugarcane, wheat etc.

  4. Suspended Magnets • MPI’s Suspended Permanent Magnet Cross Belt Separators produce the most effective removal of unwanted tramp metal from heavy burden depths of material being conveyed on fast- moving conveyor belts. They are ideal for separating tramp metal from wet or dry and fine or coarse conveyed materials in large or small volumes. Tramp metal extraction from product streams protects processing machinery, prevents fire or explosions caused by sparks, and improves product quality. The lower profile design of all CBS allows for installations where space is limited.

  5. Eddy Current • MPI’s proven eddy current technology ensures higher separation rates. State-of-the-art system controls and features combined with technological advances result in improved nonferrous metal removal, particularly when trying to separate smaller particles such as aluminum and brass from non-conductive waste streams. Eddy Current Separators (ECS) can be used wherever nonferrous metals have to be recovered or separated.
