Terminology etc. What does it depict and what do we know? • Sexual abuse or exploitation of children – not pornography • Evidence of a committed crime • Most sexual abuse of children is committed in the family circle or close relations • Most child sexual abuse is not documented • Some documented child sexual abuse is put online • Some of the online content is found and dealt with by the police

  10. Criteria for Access blocking • Real children under 13 • Severe abuse or strong sexualized focus • Double checked by at least two countries or organizations • Online during the last three months
