LINEAS GENERALES DE LOS PLANES DE ACOMPAÑAMIENTO AÑO 2 • Taller a multiplicadores y facilitadores aspectos administrativos (cuentas, facturación, etc.). • Revisión trimestral de libros, carpetas (actas de entrega materiales, comodatos). • Reunión mensual para consolidar informe por organización con evidencias y documentos (anexos). • Formación de 50 nuevos multiplicadores (3 sesiones presenciales) • Grupo I: sesión 1 (dic 17 al 21 de 2012); sesión 2 (feb 25 mzo 2 de 2013) y sesión 3 (mayo 13 al 17). • Grupo II: sesión 1 (jun 3 al 7 de 2013); sesión 2 (ago 12 al 16); sesión 3 (oct 14 al 18). • Construcción participativa o Reformulación participativa de planes estratégicos organizacionales. • Apropiación de herramientas para el seguimiento, evaluación y gestión.
