  2. This place is located in the high east mountains of Kyoto Higashiyama. It is an independent Buddhist temple and the temple is part of the Historic Monuments of Ancient Kyoto.

  3. Kiyomizu-dera was founded in the early Heian period. • The temple dates back to 778 • 1633 • Tokugawa Iemitsu • its name means clear water or pure water

  4. Otowa waterfall where three channels of water fall into a pond. Visitors can catch and drink the water which is believed to have therapeutic properties. Drinking the water of the three streams is said to confer wisdom, health, and longevity. However, some Japanese believe that you must choose only two; if you are greedy and drink from all three, you invite misfortune upon yourself.

I consider that this place must be part of the 7 wonders of the world Because this wooden structure does not have a single nail and because one of its buildings stands 12 meters above the ground which is surprising to have been built 400 years ago. Also this place is located in a very high mountain which is really interesting because it was for sure a laborious building process and it was probably very difficult to move all the construction materials. Please revise thissegment
