苗栗縣資訊教育中心 無線網路 AP 故障報修流程. 維護期間： 103 年 7 月 -104 年 7 月 8 日. 一、請先確認 AP 燈號. AP 燈號說明. ENET 有線網路. PWR 電源. WLAN 無線網路. AP 燈號判斷. PWR ： 恆亮 ENET ： 恆亮  沒有流量 閃爍  有流量 WLAN ： 不亮  無法與 Controller 連線 半亮  與 Controller 連線中，若持續處於半亮， 設定可能錯誤 恆亮  功能正常. 二、請至報修系統填寫報修單. 確認 AP 燈號後，

  2. 一、請先確認AP燈號

  3. AP燈號說明 ENET 有線網路 PWR 電源 WLAN 無線網路

  4. AP燈號判斷 • PWR ：恆亮 • ENET：恆亮沒有流量 閃爍有流量 • WLAN：不亮無法與Controller連線 半亮與Controller連線中，若持續處於半亮， 設定可能錯誤 恆亮功能正常

  5. 二、請至報修系統填寫報修單 確認AP燈號後， 請至報修系統填寫報修單

  6. 資教中心報修系統http://help.mlc.edu.tw ❶

  7. 於報修系統內提交問題 ❶ ❷

  8. 請記住「問題追踨碼」以便查覆

  9. 查看回覆

  10. 請將AP裝入袋內連同報修單紙本送至資教中心報修請將AP裝入袋內連同報修單紙本送至資教中心報修 ❷ 報修單列印鈕 ❶ 工程師確認AP硬體故障，請將「AP裝入袋內連同報修單紙本送至資教中心報修」
